Where exactly are you located?
We are conveniently located just 10 minutes from Albany Village, 11 minutes from Silverdale Mall and 15 minutes from Orewa.
As an extra layer of security, we will give you the address when you call to arrange a visit.
Do I need to book before visiting?
Yes. Because we are a small, owner-operated facility that values security, every client meets James face-to-face before storing with us. This is for your benefit as much as ours, as it means you know exactly where your belongings are going. Please call us to arrange a time.
Can I store my vehicle, boat or caravan at short notice?
We always do our best to accommodate urgent needs. Call James directly to check current yard availability and we will do everything possible to help.
What do I need to bring to the orientation?
Please bring any form of photo ID, such as your driver’s license.
Any information you think is relevant, such as the dimensions of the contents you’d like to store.
